Just 25 years ago city of Sarajevo hosted XIV Winter Olympics
Some basic facts stayed unchanged athletes from 49 country had great time,disabled skiing was demonstrated for first time,closing ceremony was held indoors in figure skating venue for a first time
Lamine Gueye of Senegal was first Black African skier to compete in the history of Witer Olympics.Marja-Liisa Kirvesniemi(Hämäläinen)won all three individual cross-country races for women.Biathlon Erik Kvalfoss earn complete set of medals.Bill Johnson become first American to win an Olympic downhill event.
Jure Franko won Yugoslavia's first Winter Olympic medal a silver in the giant slalom.
Beautiful Kati Witt won gold in women's figure skating with chard ash she definitely won all hearts of figure skating sports fans , of course there is Scott Hamiltom side by side with Keti Witt in man's figure skating.
"Bolero" become most popular "tune" with such exceptionally inspiriting performance of ice dancing pair Trovill& Dean. Jayne Trovill and Christhopher Dean earned across the board perfect 6.0 for artistic impression (free ice dancing competition) that is still after 25 years unbeatable.Jozef (Jumping Joe) Sabovčík(bronze),Brian Orser(silver) "Mr. Triple Axel" known for his consistency with the jump, Orser became the first man to land that jump at the Olympics when he landed it in his free skate

Behind ceremony it's wort to remember all youngsters that built all infrastructure of all sports event with hearts on voluntary basis. We honored them and there effort.

Golden Bear Milorad Cavic American- Serbian athlete won silver in swimming 100 Fly IO Beijing 08..

Apparently distinguished Berkeley University did not have problem with pronunciation of alumnus's name (majoring in Political Science) who was born in California ..

Since last night I start to wonder what is role of journalist's ,watching respectfully NBC live....

Why is so hard to inform millions of viewers about same basic facts .... ???? Why it's so hard to have little respect toward viewers and inform them accurately.....????

We all share spirit of unity and love for the sport....

We all have favorite athletes & sports

We all should have respect to less favorite athletes for the sake of sports

But most of all journalists are oath to tell the truth, it's OK for even journalists to be uninformed ,but it's very disappointing from professionals to mislead or misinformed viewers ....

Olympics are international events we truly respect individual accomplishments,and admire each athlete for participation ..... Does not matter where they come from....

GO SPORTS !!!!!!
Well second attempt to do my blog.... first one disappeared for might be miracle reason,sad should let me correct my taping errors from little hard to see toy...
